Job Summary
This position helps to ensure that company makes sound financial decisions. He/She analyzes and interprets customer data, identifies trends used by senior managers to make strategic company decisions. This position include preparation of multiple tasks simultaneously, focusing on details while finding creative ways to tackle big picture challenges. He/She collaborates with finance partners and business partners across the country to consult on planning, business analysis and reporting. This position assists others in understanding financial reports, accounting rules, business trends.

Responsibilities:

• Researches and interprets financial data to ensure UPS Healthcare leaders have the most up-to-date and reliable information to facilitate business growth
• Researches financial information and project trends for staff, division, business, and center managers to ensure operation within budget guidelines
• Performs variance analysis of actual versus planned data to identify areas where targeted projections are not being obtained and require improvement or over-achieved to scale the success
• Audits areas of concern (e.g., unusual cost, overtime hours, marginality etc.) to ensure proper reporting occurs, identifies efficiencies and process improvements
• Cooperation with shared service centers, communication across verticals and geos

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field – Required
• At least two years’ experience in accountancy, auditing, financial control - Required
• Experience demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Products (Excel and Access)
• Ambitious, career minded person, outstanding productivity and ownership characteristics
• Creative and logical thinker, data-driven and taking initiative in developing new measurements and metrics
• Strong work ethic and high degree of accuracy; eye for detail; accountability
• Perform well under pressure; ability to meet tight and continuous deadlines
• Inquisitive personality; strong desire to learn, able to build strong relationships with business partners
• Fluency in English
