We are looking for a new Finance Specialist at our Healthcare Business -

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations

• Submit monthly financial results and make difference analysis with previous month

• Ensure Accounting accuracy and manage account reconciliation requests

• Support the preparation of tax declaration with external consultant 

• Support periodical budgets and financial forecasts activities

• Guarantee effective internal controls and financial procedures

• Support auditing activities ensuring that requests are met and deadlines respected.

• Support the implementation of the new ERP system

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field – Required

• At least two years’ experience in accountancy, auditing, financial control

• Experience demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Products (Excel and Access)

• Creative and logical thinker, data-driven and taking initiative in developing new measurements and metrics

• Experience with financial software and ERP systems (Oracle Clouds is a plus)

• Fluency in English and Dutch is required
